Peggy Lomb, as a specialist lawyer for labor law, advises national and international clients in all areas of labor and service contract law, in particular in matters of works constitution law, in the design of service and employment contracts for organs, managers and employees, in the design of resolution agreements, in dismissal protection law and in conflict management. It accompanies companies in all labor law issues in connection with operating changes, company transitions, renovation and restructuring projects and represents clients in court and out of court.
Peggy Lomb completed the law at the University of Leipzig. She is a specialist lawyer for labor law and a mediator trained at the University of Bielefeld. She started her legal career in 1997 as a lawyer at the law firm CMS Hasche Sigle. In 2002 she moved to GGV Greützmacher/Gravert/Viegener and 2005 to the Franz & Häberer law firm. Since February 2011 she has been a lawyer at Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH, since April 2011 Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. Peggy Lomb is the lecturer of the State Student Academy Leipzig/Vocational Academy Saxony.
