Prof. Dr. Lutz Aderhold
Lutz Aderhold has been advising with passion and professionalism in all questions of commercial and corporate law, inheritance law, for M&A projects, corporate successes and foundation topics for over 42 years. Due to the close interdisciplinary cooperation with auditors/tax consultants and management consultants of the Aderhold Group, the questions are not only legally, but holistically answered with their business and tax references. Due to his interdisciplinary advice, Lutz Aderhold is a member of the supervisory bodies of companies of various industries, especially for family businesses. Lutz Aderhold is dealt with with demanding process management as well as with challenging extrajudicial conflict resolution. He has participated in numerous complex arbitration proceedings, as an assessor and partly also as chairman, and numerous large -scale press -effective major processes.

Due to his many years of work as a fee professor at the University of Münster, Lutz Aderhold is able to work on demanding legal issues at a scientific level.
Lutz Aderhold studied law at the University of Cologne and passed his first legal state examination there. Afterwards he was an assistant to Prof. Dr. HP Westermann at the University of Bielefeld. There he did his doctorate with the published dissertation "The BGB Society's Guilty Model" and made his second state examination in 1980.
In 2000, Lutz Aderhold was one of the founding partners of the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
In 2009, Lutz Aderhold from the University of Münster was appointed honorary professor in recognition of his teaching at the university on the subject of “contract design and commercial law”.
In 2021, Lutz Aderhold was honored by friends, colleagues and companions by handing over a commemorative publication entitled "Dispute and avoidance in family businesses".

Dr. Alexander Bardenz
Alexander Bardenz advises lawyers in the area of contract design and in the event of disruptions of contractual relationships, in particular in product liability law, as well as in real estate law, especially in building and architectural law, as well as in banking law. His regular activities include the handling of large warranty cases, especially in trade and plant construction, also with an international connection, as well as the introduction of structured legal and contract management systems, including the design of general terms and conditions. Alexander Bardenz advises as a notary with official residence in Dortmund in particular on real estate law, corporate law and inheritance and family law. Golo Busch
Golo Busch is a specialist lawyer for labor law. Golo Busch represents employers from the commercial middle class, the health and social economy as well as public employers. He has a special expertise with the advice of church employers. He advises employers in all matters of individual and collective labor law as well as in social security law. He accompanies restructuring and conducts labor court processes.

Inara Zarmann studied law at the Ruhr University Bochum and gained practical experience in Budapest (Hungary) and Brussels (Belgium). Inara Zarmann completed her legal trainee in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court with stations in Wuppertal, Düsseldorf and Houston (USA). In July 2018, Inara Zarmann was approved as a lawyer and has been a specialist lawyer for insolvency and renovation law since March 2024. Inara Zarmann completed the master's degree in business law at the University of Cologne and acquired the academic degree of the Master of Law (LL.M.). Inara Zarmann has been working as a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf since November 2024.
