A sudden or age -related illness or an accident can not only lead to significant changes in general personal life. Disease and accident can also result in the fact that you no longer regulate your personal things yourself (legally) and that you need to participate in the participation of others.

In such situations, the next relative or the spouse or the partner cannot automatically act and decide for the person concerned. It is therefore advisable to make provision for such cases. Above all, it can be avoided that other strangers only decide on their own condition.

For these emergencies, we are preparing notaries as a provision for the specific individual powers and other orders. The guarantee is required that the pronounced powers of attorney and further arrangements also achieve validity in an emergency.

The following powers and orders are essentially available:

General power of attorney,
Power of power of attorney,
Care order and
Latin will.

The preventive certificates are registered central pension register at the Federal Chamber of Notaries in Berlin , so that they are also found and observed in the event of cases: The central precautionary register is now queried by care courts from all over Germany more than 20,000 times a month. More than 1.1 million preventive certificates are already registered there.
