The data protection plays an ever increasing role in corporate practice

Data transfer in the group, data transmission abroad, employee data protection, direct marketing, but also for IT projects and compliance measures (whistleblowing hotlines)-data protection is becoming increasingly important these days. Violations of data protection regulations are now punished with considerable fines, at the same time the requirements for the data protection law design of work processes are becoming increasingly higher. This has been all the more true since the decision of the ECJ to Safe Harbor.

We advise companies in all areas of data protection, e.g. B. in the design and negotiation of contracts for order data processing for complex IT projects, in the creation of procedural directories and data protection concepts, the design of policies, the design of marketing campaigns or the negotiation and design of company agreements. We also act as an external data protection officer.
