Dr. Alexander Bardenz
Alexander Bardenz advises lawyers in the area of contract design and in the event of disruptions of contractual relationships, in particular in product liability law, as well as in real estate law, especially in building and architectural law, as well as in banking law. His regular activities include the handling of large warranty cases, especially in trade and plant construction, also with an international connection, as well as the introduction of structured legal and contract management systems, including the design of general terms and conditions. Alexander Bardenz advises as a notary with official residence in Dortmund in particular on real estate law, corporate law and inheritance and family law. One focus of his notarial activity is the restructuring of companies according to the conversion law, especially by means of fusion, division or change of form. As part of generational management, Alexander Bardenz advises and accompanies clients on will designs, the transfer of assets, in particular real estate and companies, on family holding companies and the next generation.
Alexander Bardenz was appointed notary in 2019 in Dortmund. Alexander Bardenz has been a lawyer since 2000 and has been a partner of the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft since 2005. Since 2009 Alexander Bardenz has been a lecturer at the University of Münster (Jurgrad gGmbH) in the master's degree in business law and lecturer for banking and capital market law at Hagen Law School. Before his work for Aderhold, Alexander Bardenz was Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in Düsseldorf and at the same time board and supervisory board assistant. Alexander Bardenz received his doctorate at the University of Münster on the subject of "From German to international accounting - HGB and IAS". Alexander Bardenz completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (second state examination). Alexander Bardenz studied law at the University of Münster and was at the Institute for International Business Law and Legal comparison by Prof. Dr. Bernhard Großfeld LL.M. from 1993 to 1996 as a research assistant.
Alexander Bardenz was awarded the 5th time as Best Lawyer in product liability law in 2024, 2023 for the 10th time in banking and capital market law.
Jürgen Schemann
Jürgen Schemann advises in the areas of corporate law (including shares, capital market and cooperative law) and real estate law, as well as financing as well as sales and restructuring of companies.
Jürgen Schemann completed the studies of law with additional economics at the University of Bayreuth, and he also studied business administration there until the preliminary diploma preliminary examination. After a referendum and the legal state examination in Bavaria, he began his legal career in 1990 as a lawyer in the attorney, auditor and tax consultant firm Rosenschon Sperber & Kollegen in Bayreuth. From 1997 he worked as a lawyer and general representative in the Rölf partner group. In 2000 he switched to Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH as a partner, since April 2011 Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
Jürgen Schemann has been approved as a notary in Dortmund since 2010.
Dr. Thorsten Siepe
Thorsten Siepe advises as a notary with official residence in Dortmund and lawyer in particular on real estate law, corporate law and inheritance law.
One focus of his legal activity is the accompaniment of companies and shareholders when selling and buying medium -sized companies (M&A) as well as the restructuring of companies according to the conversion law, in particular by means of fusion, division or change of form.
As part of generational management, Thorsten Siepe advises and accompanies his clients in connection with will designs, the transfer of assets, in particular real estate and companies, family holding companies and the next generation as well as in the establishment of foundations.

Before his work for Aderhold, Thorsten Siepe worked as a lawyer for Gleiss Lutz. Thorsten Siepe did his doctorate at the University of Leipzig on the subject of cross -border fusion of German and English corporations. Thorsten Siepe completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Koblenz Higher Regional Court (second state examination). Thorsten Siepe studied law at the universities of Passau, Angers (France) and Bonn (first state examination).
Catherine Westerwelle
Catherine Westerwelle advises as a notary with an official residence in Dortmund in particular on real estate law as well as corporate law and inheritance law.
The focus of her work as a lawyer is to advise companies in real estate transactions and construction projects, such as the creation, examination and negotiation of purchase and rental contracts as well as contracts with planners or other construction participants. She also represents clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes with real estate reference.
