Continuous personal career planning
Interdisciplinary collaboration: teams of lawyers, auditors and management consultants
Responsibility from the start: Partial responsibility in projects according to experience

Your tasks
Advising and representing companies in crisis regarding economic and legal options for action.
Development and implementation of restructuring and turnaround concepts
Support in self-administered insolvency proceedings and assistance in the preparation of procedural documents, including the drafting and negotiation of insolvency plans.
Coordination and alignment with stakeholders (creditors, banks, investors, authorities, shareholders)
Conducting legal analyses on insolvency law issues
Support for M&A transactions in special situations (Distressed M&A)
Project management
Close collaboration with experienced partners and development of tailored solution strategies for complex restructuring projects in interdisciplinary teams
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Participation in the strategic development of the firm
Your profile
Lawyer (m/f/d) – with up to two years of professional experience
Two above-average state examinations
Interest in commercial and corporate law issues
Good English skills, both spoken and written.
