Daniel Wagener advises comprehensively in the area of the renovation and restructuring of companies as well as the preparation and implementation of insolvency proceedings, in particular as a protective shield and self-administration procedure. Further advisory focuses on the company law as well as M&A transactions and the creation or implementation of successor concepts.
Daniel Wagener studied law at the universities of Marburg and Cologne with a focus on corporate law. He also completed a one -year study stay in Aarhus, Denmark. Since March 2013, he has been a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, since January 2019 as a partner. In August 2021 he moved from the Düsseldorf office to the office location in Cologne.
