The focus of the activity is:

1. Insolvency avoidance law and directors’ liability:

• Analysis of the financial situation (bank statements, GdPdU data) before filing for insolvency

• Derivation of claims under insolvency avoidance law and directors’ liability

• Judicial assertion of insolvency avoidance claims and directors’ liability

2. Support for companies in self-administered insolvency

• Analysis of the possible liability of the managing director before filing for insolvency

• Preparation and filing of applications for insolvency in self-administration and protective shield proceedings

• Insolvency law support for managing directors in restructuring in self-administration proceedings

• Preparation of insolvency plans

3. Credit agreement and credit security law

• Preparation of loan agreement and loan security overviews

• Preparation of loan and security agreements

• Preparation of restructuring agreements

4. Litigation and liability issues

• Defense and enforcement of claims related to insolvency (e.g., insolvency challenges, managing director liability)

• Representation before courts and arbitration tribunals in insolvency and commercial law disputes
