The Herne and Brandenburg labor courts have decided that a proportionally paid Christmas and vacation allowance may be credited to the minimum wage claim under the minimum wage law (ArbG Herne, judgment of 7.7.2015 - 3 Ca 684/15; ArbG Brandenburg, judgment of 19.8. 2015 - 3 Ca 260/15).
