Golo Busch
Golo Busch is a specialist lawyer for labor law. Golo Busch represents employers from the commercial middle class, the health and social economy as well as public employers. He has a special expertise with the advice of church employers. He advises employers in all matters of individual and collective labor law as well as in social security law. He accompanies restructuring and conducts labor court processes.
For years he has accompanied and represents church bodies, caritas associations, institutions of the diakonia, hospital operators, workshops for disabled people, sponsors in the field of outpatient and inpatient assistance as well as youth welfare institutions. Another focus is on advising employers in public service law. He has extensive experience in the field of contract design, the creation of operating and service agreements, the preparation and implementation of personnel adaptation measures and the accompaniment of arbitration procedures. He represents his clients in front of the ordinary and church labor courts as well as the church arbitration and arbitration boards. Golo Busch also advises in the area of interfaces on social security and severely disabled law and for company audits.
He also advises managing directors and board members in labor and service contract law.
Golo Busch regularly gives lectures for employers on labor and social security issues.
Golo Busch studied law at the Ruhr University Bochum. Since 1999 he has worked as a lawyer in various civil and labor law firms as well as in an auditing company in the Ruhr area and in the Münsterland, largely as a partner or in a managerial function. In addition to his legal activity, Golo Busch was the managing director of the West German Volleyball Association from 2005 to 2009. From 2019 to 2022 he headed the department of labor and social security law of the Wolter Hoppenberg law firm lawyers in Hamm. Golo Busch has been a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since October 2022. He is a lecturer at the University of Münster.
