This is how you recognize the effectiveness of transfers and instructions from the employer

In the past, employment contracts contained professional titles. Today, only the function (e.g. department head, manager or similar) is named, which the ArbN is supposed to hold in the company. In addition, ArbG often reserve the right to change the activity or place of work. In the case of restructuring that require the change in work areas and structures, the question quickly arises as to whether the employment contract is sufficient to one -sidedly implement the changes.
