Planning a new district in the 1960s - a comparison with the present
For ten years, the prospering metropolitan areas in the Federal Republic have had a significant influx of residents. In recent years, this has a scarcity of "affordable" living space. The real estate industry knows that this scarcity in the offer of the housing market can only be eliminated by significantly expanding the offer for apartments in the metropolitan areas. Across all parties, the creation of new living space is at least one component of their respective performance by instructions new living days.
Apparently, in the post -war period and in the 1960s, large new parts of the living of the living was much faster than is common today. Regardless of local peculiarities, the more complicated planning right is also held responsible for urban planning.
