Dr. Thomas Rautenberg is a focus on public business law, advisory and forensic and there in particular in building law, planning law and environmental law and project development. He advises on all public law issues relating to the property, including the conclusion of urban planning and development contracts, neighborhood agreements, planning approval procedures, public fees, building law enforcement and building right defense before authorities and courts. He also has extensive experience in larger real estate transactions.
Dr. Thomas Rautenberg completed the study of law at the Johann Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and received his doctorate in 1988 with a dissertation on environmental planning law in Hesse. From 1989 to 2001 he was employed in the management of a planning and environmental authority in the Frankfurt region (surrounding association Frankfurt). From 2001 to 2003 he worked as an off Counsel at Baker & McKenzie in Frankfurt, before founding the special law firm IUR-REALISE Lawyers with other colleagues in 2003, after the dissolution of which he joined Aderhold as an of Counsel.
