New regulations in the recovery of a privately used company car
In practice, disputes often occur if the ArbG from the ArbN requires the publication of a company car that has so far been privately used. The ArbN is often asked to return "his" company car after the prompt of termination, during the rest of the employment relationship (for example during parental leave) or occasionally in the course of an uninhibited employment relationship.
