"The GmbH in a dispute"
Aderhold meets legal faculty Leipzig
On 16./17. May 2019, together with the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Leipzig, Prof. Dr. Tim Drygala , and his team from the Chair for Civil Law, Commercial, Social and Business Law, a block seminar on the topic of "Die GmbH in the dispute". The students had previously created seminar papers on various current issues related to shareholder disputes and had to present their results and theses in a lecture to the auditorium. After a first seminar day on the premises of the Law Facial Faculty Leipzig, we were able to welcome the seminar participants to our law firm on the second day.
We were very pleased to be able to contribute the view of the (lawyer) practice into the discussion rounds subsequently followed by the lectures. Here, too, it turned out that theory and practice are two different pairs of shoes.
We would like to thank Prof. Dr. Tim Drygala, his team, the Polish lawyer colleague Dr. Mirosław Cejmer from Krakow and all seminar participants for two exciting days with interesting discussions and a stimulating exchange of ideas.
