The trap snaps: temporary employment contracts and the written form (with checklist)
It is not the academically illuminated special cases, but the everyday problems that put the practitioner with an unexpected hurdle. The greatest uncertainty occurs again and again in the justification and/or continuation of temporary employment contracts, although their treatment in itself should be a daily tool of the entrepreneur.
