The acceptance period for changes to change
If the employer terminates the employment relationship with the employee, the existence of the entire employment relationship is therefore questioned. If the employer, however, offers the employee the continuation of the employment relationship to a changed working conditions in connection with the termination, it is a change termination with which the employment relationship can be maintained by redesigning the previous conditions.
