
The change in the right of limitation - you should know these design options! (Part 1)
An Arbn, who was once in an employment relationship with the ArbG, had previously bad cards to make the leap into the company again if the employment contract was not subject without any reason. A time limit without a factual reason can only be made at the beginning of an employment relationship and is not permitted if an employment relationship has previously existed with the same ArbG.
