The end of the temporary work?
The Reform of the Employment Act will come into force on April 1, 2017. According to the new reform, temporary workers may only be left to a borrower for a maximum of 18 months. At the latest after nine months, the temporary workers must be paid the same remuneration as the comparable employees of the hirer. The reform also has an impact on hospitals.
