Corona: Special regulation for telephone sick leave extended
Those who suffer from slight respiratory diseases can also be on sick leave beyond the turn of the year for up to seven days. Leaveed doctors can also issue a subsequent inability to work by phone for a further seven calendar days.
The Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) extended its special regulation by three months on December 3, 2020.
The special regulation now applies until March 31, 2021.
The G-BA thus reacts to the continued high COVID 19 infection figures in Germany.
