Formation of an economic committee in joint operation with a tendency company
If one of the companies tends to protect ISD § 118 Paragraph 1 No. 1 BetrVG, the works council of the community company can form an economic committee if the other company is trend -free. However, the economic committee has no rights to the tendency company.
