With the new edition of the comment presented, the continued payment of regulations are brought up to date. The following important statutory and collective agreements are commented on outside of the EFZG and the AAG, which are related to questions of remuneration in the event of illness and public holidays: §§ 615-619 BGB, § 2 PflegZG, §§ 9, 10 BBiG, § 18 JarBSG, § 11 MuschG, §§ 21, 22 TVÖD, § 12a AVR Caritas IVM no. XII of Appendix 1 to the AVR, § 24 AVR DW EKD and §§ 44, 46, 49, 275 SGB V. The topic of remuneration in connection with illness and public holiday should be presented as far as possible. This gives the legal users the opportunity to comprehensive and rapid clarification of pending relevant legal questions.
