Exclusion periods and minimum wages

To what extent exclusion periods in form employment contracts are ineffective if you do not expressly exclude minimum wage claims, has been controversial since the Milog came into force. Now the LAG Nuremberg dealt with the question, which is extremely practical for the design of employment contracts. As a result, it rejects comprehensive ineffectiveness of such exclusion clauses and thus stands against a different view of the BAG. The contribution by Ra Dirk Helge Laskawy and RA Denise Ludwig on the judgment of the LAG Nuremberg on May 9, 2017 can be found here .
