Employment clauses
A clause that obliges the employee to "take on another job if necessary on instruction" is ineffective due to inappropriate disadvantage according to § 307 BGB. This wording does not ensure that the instruction must have at least equivalent activity. This also applies if "a reduction in wages is not connected".
