Mr. Ra Dirk H. Laskawy has been partner of the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since the beginning of 2007. Before that, he worked as a lawyer for the firm CMS Hasche Sigle for over eight years. In addition, Mr. Laskawy is a lecturer at the University of Technology, Business and Culture Leipzig (HTWK) and data protection officer certified by TÜV. He is a specialist lawyer for labor law and mediator trained at the University of Bielefeld.

As a specialist lawyer for labor law, Mr. Laskawy advises national and international companies in all areas of labor and service contract law, in particular in matters of the company constitution, in the design of remuneration systems, employment and resolution agreements as well as in conflict management. One focus of his activity is the strategic preparation and support of outsourcing and restructuring projects as well as advice in connection with company agreement and collective bargaining as well as the flexibility of working conditions.
