Change notice and acceptance period

If the employer expresses a change termination and the employee wants to accept the change offer without reservation, according to the Federal Labor Court, Section 2 Sentence 2 KSchG (three -week minimum period) applies analogously. The decision is correct, but it shows once again how difficult the correct handling on the employee side is with changes to change.
