Aderhold opens in Cologne
Aderhold complements the nationwide presence from August 2021 with a new opening in Cologne. In recent years, Cologne focused on numerous interdisciplinary restructuring mandates of the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft and the Aderhold management consultancy.
The leading lawyers' partners Sven Degenhardt and Lars Thiesen, which is home to Cologne, have now decided to use the existing market access for a location opening for the existing market access for the management consultancy Valentin Recker.
The site management of the restructuring practice takes over the Aderhold partner Sven Degenhardt, supplemented in labor law by Lars Thiesen. During their long -standing partnership, both have previously looked after large mandates nationwide from Düsseldorf for Aderhold. In addition, Jörg Heyer was won over in corporate law, who, as a long-time partner of the Seitz, will support the expansion of the Cologne location as an off-Counsel.
At the start of the new office in the Cologne tower on the MediaPark site, Daniel Wagener will complete the founding team as a salary partner in the area of restructuring and renovation and three associates. The nationwide cooperation with the Aderhold locations in Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Leipzig, Frankfurt and Berlin will remain a formative pillar in ongoing and future mandate relationships.
Due to the opening of the location, the long -standing market access to regionally shaped entrepreneurship and the local savings banks, banks and goods credit insurers will be expanded.
The desire for local proximity from the client circle and the chance to increase the attractiveness for all newcomers again is also taken into account.
