Auditor (f/m/d) - location Düsseldorf
Aderhold is a company specializing in auditing, tax advice, corporate renovations and restructuring. Approximately 100 management consultants, auditors, tax consultants and lawyers work together as part of a legally and economically integrated approach. The integrated approach results in a variety of tasks.
To support our team at the location in Düsseldorf, we are looking for an auditor (f/m/d) full -time or part -time.
Your tasks:
Implementation of annual financial statements according to national and international standards
Examination of corporate qualifications and corporate mergers according to HGB and, if necessary, IFRS
Advising our clients on questions of accounting and the internal control system
Identification of risks and development of solutions
Interface for ongoing and designing tax advice
Our requirements:
Successfully completed degree in economics or study as a graduate financial economy (FH) or Bachelor
Successfully passed auditor (and possibly tax consultant) exams
Several years of professional experience in auditing
Pronounced analytical skills and a structured way of working
Excellent communicative skills and negotiation skills
Team spirit, commitment and entrepreneurial thinking
