Dennis Bohusch advises his clients on all questions of operational accounting and on tax questions. His focus is on the voluntary and legal examination of individual and corporate financial statements according to HGB and IFRS, the assessment of companies as well as the tax support of assisted companies and international group companies.

In addition, Dennis Bohusch carries out special tests and creates individual and group financial statements. Advice on commercial and tax implementation of conversions is also one of his activities.

Dennis Bohusch studied economics at the Mönchengladbach University of Applied Sciences. As a manager in the Audit area of ​​the Ernst & Young Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Dennis Bohusch has examined both medium -sized but large international groups for many years. Most recently, he worked as a senior manager and partner at the medium -sized law firm HSMV, before he and Ralf Corterier justified the Düsseldorf location of the Aderhold Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mbH.
