Franziska Füßl

Franziska Füßl advises large and medium -sized companies in all questions of individual and collective labor law. She focuses on employers on the preparation and implementation of terminations and other personnel measures, the contract design for organs, managers and employees as well as works constitutional conflicts. Franziska Füßl also takes over the Germany -wide representation of employers in judicial and extrajudicial disputes and regularly maintains labor law lectures for employers.

Franziska Füßl studied law at the University of Münster. After her legal clerkship at the Essen district court, she began her professional career in 2022 as a lawyer at an international business office in the field of labor law in Düsseldorf.

Franziska Füßl has been a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf since July 2025.
