Dr. Julia Pätzold
Julia Pätzold advises medium-sized capital and partnerships as well as private individuals as a partner in all areas of commercial and corporate law as well as general civil law. The focus of your activity is in particular in the process management, the judicial and extrajudicial dispute settlement, the accompaniment of shareholder disputes as well as the implementation and accompaniment of judicial mediation procedures. In addition, Julia Pätzold advises and represents companies, shareholders and insolvency administrators in connection with the enforcement and defense against insolvency contamination and liability claims.
Julia Pätzold studied law at the University of Leipzig, received his doctorate at the chair of Prof. Dr. Gero R. Dolezalek for civil law, Roman law with a focus on common law and church legal history of the University of Leipzig and completed a supplementary degree at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer. Since December 2009 she has been a lawyer at Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH, since April 2011 Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. In April 2013, she was appointed "Significant at the IHK in Leipzig".
