Between luxury and Askese bandwidths in spouse and child support
Separations and divorces occur "in the best families", so their consequences are also an issue for self -employed or family businesses. But not everyone there is so careful to regulate the consequences of separation and divorce through the marriage contract; Then there are often disputes. In family law, spouse support is calculated in the majority of the cases according to a quota of the income difference, child support based on the Düsseldorf table. In the case of "better" living conditions, however, concrete findings are necessary in both areas. In the case law, the tension between the consideration of individual conditions is reflected on the one hand and objective points of view on the other. The resulting problems are examined in this chapter.
