Introduction to the Mavo. Basics and case law
It is a legal basis for church labor law to apply the Mavo in church institutions and to work with the employee representative (MAV). It applies to agencies, facilities and other independently managed areas of Catholic employers: inside. In addition to participation, the rights and obligations of the employee representatives are also regulated. The members of the employee representatives have extensive training claims. In order to work with the members of the employee representatives - on an equal footing - to be configurative for management, board members, management powers with personnel responsibility as well as HR managers: Inside an in -depth knowledge of the Mavo is indispensable. In this training, the participants are informed about the different forms of participation (§§ 29 - 37 MAVO) as well as the rights and obligations of employee representatives. The limits of the opportunities for participation of the employee representatives are also presented and the reaction options for breaches of duty by the employee representatives are discussed.
