Using practical cases, this seminar shows you how to legally react to breaches of duty by employees.
When employees commit duties, it is important that they react as a supervisor promptly and appropriately. Otherwise, the breaches of duty could escalate and also have a negative impact on the behavior of the colleagues.
However, terminations can only be issued under certain conditions. For example, the labor courts in principle require a prior warning for effective, behavioral termination. The negotiating position regarding a termination agreement is usually rather difficult.
In the seminar you will learn in which cases you can issue effective admonitions, warnings and dismissals. We provide you with concrete formulation aids with which you can create the provisions and warnings as well as dismissals and termination contracts. You will also find out what you have to consider when saying and handing over admonitions, warnings and dismissals and when and in what form the works council and the employee representative representative are to be involved. We will show you how to successfully conduct the conflict and exit discussions with employees and give you vivid tips for the tactical procedure.
