No preliminary legal protection to enforce the submission of a specific list of shareholders

The submission of a list of shareholders, which is considered correctly by the disposal plaintiff, cannot be forced in preliminary legal protection.
The convening of eventual assemblies is permitted if the invitations are recognizable in a rank relationship and the social contract does not regulate anything different.
The preliminary bid to treat the plaintiff such as a partner is only permitted in exceptional cases if this is necessary to avert significant disadvantages.
