Effective November 1, 2025, Aderhold will welcome attorney Dr. Kristian Klüppelberg, adding another expert in restructuring, turnaround, and transformation consulting to its Cologne and Rhineland offices. With over twenty years of professional experience and his own entrepreneurial practice, he will strengthen the firm's consulting services for complex special situations and change processes.
Reinforcements for the Cologne location
Dr. Kristian Klüppelberg (48) began his career at renowned insolvency administration firms, where he worked for many years and earned his doctorate in white-collar crime while working. He has a total of around twenty years of professional experience – eight of them in his own practice.
He will strengthen Aderhold in the future at its locations in the Rhineland, particularly in Cologne, with a clear focus on economically challenging and time-critical mandates.
Focus: Restructuring, turnaround and transformation consulting
Dr. Klüppelberg's expertise lies in providing comprehensive consulting services to companies in special situations and during strategic change phases. This includes, in particular:
out-of-court and court-supervised restructuring and reorganization proceedings, in particular self-administration proceedings
Providing support for M&A transactions on both the buyer and seller sides in crisis and special situations
