Topic: The behavioral termination for working time fraud - current case law/advice notes
Ladies and Gentlemen
We regularly offer our information format "Aderhold in the morning-30 minutes of labor law for employers".
In 30 minutes, Mr. Golo Busch will inform you this time about the current case law on the effectiveness of dismissals for working time fraud.
The LAG Hamm and LAG Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania dealt with the effectiveness of behavioral terminations for working time fraud in the calendar year 2023.
In 2022, 24.2 % of all workers in Germany worked from home. Of these, 14.7 % daily, or at least half of the working hours, use the home office. Another 9.5 % worked on less than half of the working days from home. With the increasing number of employees in the home office, the suspected cases of working time fraud are also increasing.
As part of the webinar, we represent the current case law on termination due to working time fraud and give recommendations for the procedure in the event of suspected cases.
Participation is free. You will receive the presentation according to the webinar.
