Aderhold builds with Dr. Christian H. Müller on the area of antitrust law and merger control

Dr. Müller previously worked at the law firm Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf and most recently as a partner at the law firm Spieker & Jaeger in Dortmund in anti -antitrust law and thus has extensive experience in antitrust law and fusion control advice on international corporations, medium -sized companies and individual people. Its advisory spectrum includes all areas of German and European antitrust law as well as merger control, also in the cross -border context. In addition, he advises on antitrust compliance issues such as the introduction and implementation of company-specific compliance measures, starting with antitrust risk analyzes on the creation of behavioral and organizational guidelines and training.
In detail, the strategic advice and representation of companies and company representatives within the framework of antitrust law and administrative procedures at the German and European level are part of Dr. Müller. In addition, due to his business training for his solution-oriented design and implementation of antitrust law-compliant sales systems, contracts as well as price and fitness systems.
As part of the merger control, Dr. Müller not only secure securely through the registration procedures at the Federal Cartel Office or the European Commission, but also accompany the projects in the planning phase and multinational registration obligations in the coordination of the procedures worldwide.
