Already gain experience in addition to the business-related studies (business administration, vwl, wi-Ing. Or comparable)? Very gladly! As an intern or student from the fourth semester, you can accompany us on various external and internal projects and experience a steep learning curve. You are a full team member with us and you will be involved in solving challenges. You have the opportunity to use your theoretical knowledge from your studies in order to expand and significantly expand practical experience.

With us you have the option of completing an internship in a length of at least three months or supporting us as part of a flexible hourly base two days a week. Ideally, you already bring your first practical experience in consulting (or other commercial experience) with and in dealing with PowerPoint and Excel. What is more important to us is to learn your motivation, your confident appearance, think your out-of-the-box and your communication strength (German/English).

After completing your studies, you start as a consultant with us. As a full -fledged team member, you take on your own tasks from the first day, develop analyzes independently and develop individual solutions. So you will be both challenged and encouraged with us. As a rule, you develop into a senior consultant after 2–3 years. In this position you take part in partial project and are involved in the training of younger colleagues. Furthermore, at this level you develop into a specialist in a certain subject area and start building and maintaining customer relationships.

We are looking for performance-oriented graduates of a university or university in a business-related study (business administration, economics, Wi-Ing. Or comparable) with a quick grasp, high motivation and greater pleasure to solve exciting challenges.

Ideally, you already have initial practical experience in consulting (or other commercial experience), you have a pronounced analytical thinking and how to deal with PowerPoint and Excel. In addition, you have an affinity for corporate figures as well as economic relationships and your communication strength is characterized by flowing German and English skills with a high degree of social competence. You are motivated to always achieve the best possible result for the customer and always see beyond the box and conventional solutions.

After a few years of professional experience, you will find yourself at the level of the manager. We expect project leadership, a high level of professional competence, the independent development of concepts and communication skills towards the customer and your team. In addition, as a mentor, they act in the training of younger colleagues. As a senior manager, your area of competence changes towards a/a multi-project manager. In addition to controlling the project success, you ensure customer satisfaction and acquire follow -up shops. Internally, they appear as a specialist expert for a specific topic, whereby I am happy to promote an interdisciplinary approach here.

As a principal or partner, your name stands for Aderhold. Your tasks lie in internal strategy work and project -side quality assurance. They are responsible for the project results towards the customer and secure the follow -up shops. In addition, you will further expand your network and ensure the new customer acquisition in cooperation with the lawyer's company. Internally, you are responsible for corporate and team development.
