Dipl.-Kfm. Ralf Corterier

Ralf Corterier mainly deals with tax restructuring and transaction support. He has many years of experience in the care of real estate companies, funds and project developers and has accompanied a variety of real estate investments from our clients. In addition, he looks after the tax structuring of the company's arrival and sale and advises companies in the private equity industry.

Ralf Corterier also works as a auditor among medium -sized, mostly owner -managed companies. He also advises his clients comprehensively in tax law.

Ralf Corterier studied business administration at the University of Cologne and has been an auditor and tax consultant since 2003. After stations in larger medium -sized consulting companies, he joined the medium -sized law firm HSMV in 2011 as a partner. Since the end of 2023, together with his colleague Dennis Bohusch, he has headed the Düsseldorf location of the Aderhold auditing and tax consulting company.
