Anne Basinski advises comprehensively in the area of ​​renovation and restructuring, especially in business accompaniment in bankruptcy and on questions of processing companies. Ms. Basinski specializes in the holistic accompaniment of the invoice system in the crisis and bankruptcy as well as the implementation of special exams in bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, she advises in connection with sales tax issues in bankruptcy.

Anne Basinski completed her studies in business administration with a diploma at the Wismar University of Applied Sciences and successfully completed the economic examination exam in 2012. After the start of her professional career at Schultze & Braun, she most recently worked at Baker Tilly, where she worked in the area of ​​renovation and restructuring. Ms. Basinski has been working for Aderhold since 2022.
