Restructuring consultant (W/M/D) - Location Frankfurt am Main

Aderhold is a company specializing in renovations and restructuring. Approximately 100 management consultants, auditors and lawyers work together as part of a legally and economically integrated approach. The integrated approach results in a variety of tasks.

To support our team at the location in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a restructuring consultant (f/m/d) full -time.

Your tasks:

• Support in creating corporate concepts for medium -sized clients of different industries, e.g. B. Refurbishment concepts according to IDW S6, Independent Business Review and Business Plan Plausibility, Continuing Forecast and Creation of Financing Concepts

• Support in accompanying the clients in all aspects of implementing company concepts

• Support in the development and implementation of restructuring concepts (also bankruptcy and restructuring plans) in bankruptcy

• Business support of continuations in bankruptcy

• Support of clients in the financial engineering , e.g. B. Working Capital Management, SME Financing, Project Financing and Districted M&A

Our requirements:

• Successfully completed university degree in economics or industrial engineering with a focus on auditing, controlling, tax, financing or production

• Good knowledge of accounting, controlling and financial science

• Precise and responsible way of working

• Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills

• Application-oriented IT knowledge, especially MS-Office Power Point and Excel
