We support your professional specialization as a restructuring consultant as well as your personal career planning – we accompany you on your journey.
Continuous personal career planning
Interdisciplinary collaboration: teams of auditors, management consultants and lawyers
Responsibility from the start: Partial responsibility in projects according to experience
Personal support: Mentoring by experienced partners
Your tasks
Support in the preparation of business concepts for medium-sized clients from a wide range of industries, e.g. restructuring concepts according to IDW S6, independent business reviews and business plan plausibility checks, continuation forecasts and preparation of financing concepts
Support in accompanying clients in all aspects of the implementation of business concepts
Support in the development and implementation of restructuring concepts (including insolvency and restructuring plans) in insolvency
Business support of continuations in bankruptcy
Supporting clients in financial engineering, e.g. working capital management, SME financing, project financing and distressed M&A
Your profile
Successfully completed university degree in economics or industrial engineering with a focus on auditing, controlling, tax, financing or production
Good knowledge of accounting, controlling and financial science
Precise and responsible way of working
Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
Application-oriented IT knowledge, especially MS-Office Power Point and Excel
