Intern (m/f/d) in the restructuring advice - location Frankfurt am

Aderhold is a company specializing in renovations and restructuring. Approximately 100 management consultants, auditors and lawyers work together as part of a legally and economically integrated approach. The integrated approach results in a variety of tasks.

To support the team at the Frankfurt am Main location, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) who is to be integrated into the team's work like a young professional. Therefore, a longer internship time of at least 12 weeks is advantageous.

Your tasks:

The activities of the intern includes the support in particular with:

• Creation of renovation concepts

• Creation of bankruptcy and restructuring plans

• Sale of companies via structured M&A processes

• Creation of planning calculations

• Financial modeling

Your profile:

At least three semesters study in economics or industrial engineering or a comparable course of study with controlling, accounting, auditing or financing as a focus of the study.
