Juliane Dörfer

Juliane Dörfer, as a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law, advises national and international companies on shareholders and on all questions of commercial law and general civil law. In addition to legal advice and contract design, the focus of your work is particularly in the process management, judicial and extrajudicial dispute settlement as well as the implementation and accompaniment of judicial mediation procedures. In addition, Juliane Dörfer advises and represents companies, shareholders and insolvency administrators in connection with the enforcement and defense against insolvency contamination and liability claims.

Juliane Dörfer studied law at the University of Leipzig and completed her legal trainee at the Free State of Saxony. Since January 1, 2018, she has been a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Leipzig.

Juliane Dörfer is a member of the German Lawyers' Association e. V. and the local Leipzig Lawyers' Association e. V. It regularly participates in the events of the trade and corporate law that take place several times a year.
