Dipl.-Kfm. Michael Gödecke

Michael Gödecke advises comprehensively in the areas of renovation and restructuring. The focus of his activity is in the business care of companies in special situations, interdisciplinary in a team with management consultants.

The range of services includes advice on complex renovation and restructuring mandates, the creation and assessment of renovation concepts according to IDW S6 and independent Business Reviews (IBR) as well as the subsequent implementation support for the restructuring or reorganization of the company.

Mr. Gödecke has many years of expertise in the creation of business plans and integrated corporate planning (Financial Modeling), in the field of liquidity management and when assessing the bankruptcy maturity of companies according to IDW S11.

He also has extensive experience in the area of ​​state funding instruments, UA state guarantee procedures, bridging aid.

Michael Gödecke studied business administration at the Philipps University in Marburg / Lahn and completed his tax consultant exam in 2002 and his auditor exam in 2004.

Mr. Gödecke began his professional career in the final examination of medium -sized and listed corporations at the Leipzig and Düsseldorf locations. He switched to the restructuring advice at Baker Tilly (formerly Rölfartner), including the past 6 years as a partner in the Competence Center Restructuring. Since the beginning of 2017 he has been a partner of the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.

Michael Gödecke has been the managing director of Aderhold GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft since 2022.
