Melanie Knobel

Melanie Knobel advises holistically on all tax questions and offers defense, assertiveness and design advice.

It specializes in solving legal disputes, accompanying audits and successfully negotiating with authorities. In doing so, she uses her many years of experience from the financial administration.

She advises on compliance and optimization of tax regulations for both corporations, corporations and sole proprietorship. Their activity includes in particular the accompaniment of corporate tests, objection and lawsuit procedures, tax -optimized restructuring, donations, follow -up advice and advice on corporate purchase and sale.

Melanie Knobel began her professional career in 1995 in a tax consultancy in which she was responsible for ongoing accounting. Then she moved to the Finance Administration of North Rhine-Westphalia and studied tax law at the FHF Nordkirchen with examination as a graduate finance (FH) in 2001. After 27 years of work at the tax office (assessment district, legal remedy and (large and corporate) audit), she became a tax consultant. Since 2006 it has had in particular expertise in corporate tax law. Melanie Knobel has been with Aderhold since 2025.
