Carsten Els

With many years of experience and expertise, Carsten Els advises nationally as well as international companies in all tax matters. As a tax law expert, his focus is on corporate transactions, private equity, real estate and corporate tax law. Carsten Els supports companies in M&A transactions, restructuring, corporate purchases, private equity transactions and real estate transactions. Thanks to his double qualification as a lawyer and tax consultant, he has the necessary specialist knowledge of solving complex tax law issues. Carsten Els also accompanies companies in company audits and regularly represents them out of court and procedural disputes in front of the tax courts, financial courts and the Federal Finance Court.

Carsten Els completed the study of law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. Since 2007 he has been a lawyer with a focus on tax and commercial law. In 2011 he was awarded the term specialist lawyer for tax law, and he was appointed tax consultant in 2017. Carsten Els moved to Aderhold in December 2023 after activities for respected tax law boutiques and medium-sized auditing, lawyer and tax consulting companies.
