Johannes Altstadt

Johannes Altstadt is a specialist lawyer for labor law. He represents large and medium -sized employers in all matters of the individual and collective labor law. In particular, he accompanies restructuring, personnel reduction measures, transactions and leads labor court processes. His areas of industry lie in the metal and automotive industry as well as in the area of ​​local economy (energy supply, local transport, etc.).

Johannes Altstadt has extensive experience in the area of ​​contract and remuneration design for employees and organ members as well as in the case of works constitution and tariff law issues. He represents his clients nationwide in front of labor courts and as part of arbitration proceedings.

Johannes Altstadt was born in Dresden and studied law at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena. During his legal clerkship, he worked for a major German law firm and in the legal department of a DAX group. He has been approved as a lawyer since 2015 and was employed in a Düsseldorf labor law boutique and in an international large -scale law firm.
