Dipl.-Volksw. Carsten Becker
Carsten Becker advises comprehensively in the area of renovation and restructuring with a focus on the development of holistic restructuring concepts (UA IDW S6), which include both financial and performance-based restructuring measures. In addition, Mr. Becker advises in the area of M&A Advisory.
Mr. Becker studied economics and business administration at the University of Passau. Following his studies, he worked for a advisory boutique with a focus on corporate and real estate transactions as an assistant to the managing partner and in the further course as managing director. During this time, Mr. Becker accompanied a variety of financing and M&A projects. In 2012 he moved to the United States as a CFO of a medium -sized, listed company. After his return, Mr. Becker worked as a CFO of a private equity-financed startup for around three years. In 2022 he switched to Aderhold company consultancy GmbH.
Dipl.-Kfm. Matthias Böhnstedt, CFA
Matthias Böhnstedt advises comprehensively in the area of renovation, restructuring and distribution-m & a.
Matthias Böhnstedt studied business administration at the Humboldt University in Berlin, the University of Mannheim and Depauw University in the USA and also worked as a teaching assistant for the latter. In 2007 he began his professional career at Deloitte, where he first worked in M&A consulting and later in the restructuring area.
Mr. Böhnstedt switched to the Aderhold management consultancy in mid -2014 and has been the managing director there since November 2015. Further organism affects restructuring cases, in which he was appointed as a CRO/general representative, advisory board chairman or trust manager. Matthias Böhnstedt is CFA Charterholder.
Marc Dahmen, M.Sc.
Marc Dahmen advises comprehensively in the area of renovation and restructuring, especially in financial issues.
Marc Dahmen has his studies in business administration with an M.Sc. Completed his B.Sc. made in business administration. He began his professional career with various internships in the areas of tax, audit (Deloitte) and Controlling (Ua Henkel) before he started as an accountant at Pixomondo (a subsidiary of Sony Pictures) in Toronto (Canada) in early 2023.
Mr. Dahmen has been with Aderhold since 2024.
Sven Degenhardt, LL.M.
Sven Degenhardt advises comprehensively in the area of the renovation and restructuring of companies as well as the preparation and implementation of bankruptcy proceedings, in particular as a protective shield and self-management procedure. Further advisory focuses on the company law as well as M&A transactions and the creation or implementation of successor concepts.
Sven Degenhardt is a trained bank clerk and studied law at the Universities of Bonn and Aberystwyth with a focus on corporate law. He completed his master's degree in moderation and negotiation in Christchurch, New Zealand. He has been a lawyer at Aderhold since July 2004, since January 2008 as a partner. In August 2021, he opened the Cologne Aderhold location after previous 17 years in the Düsseldorf branch.

Julia Fahrland, M.Ba.
Julia Fahrland advises in the area of renovation, restructuring and distribution-m & a.
Ms. Fahrland began her professional career in industry, where she gained valuable experiences in a group -shaped, manufacturing medium -sized company. In various positions in the financial sector, she acquired well -founded knowledge of structures and processes. In parallel to her practical activity, she linked theoretical knowledge with practical experience through a dual degree in the Bachelor of Arts in International Management and a subsequent distance learning for the Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Marvin Hentschel, BA
Marvin Hentschel advises comprehensively in the area of renovation and restructuring with a focus on the development of holistic restructuring concepts (UA IDW S6), which include both financial and performance restructuring measures. He also creates integrated business planning, accompanies M&A projects and advises companies on other financial issues.
Marvin Hentschel studied taxation dual at the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences and gained extensive experiences in tax advice during and after his studies, both in large and medium -sized law firms. There he supported companies in a variety of tax and financial issues.
Nikola Herbe, M.Bc.

Mr. Herbe completed his bachelor at the EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne. In 2023, he completed his master in Business Consulting & Digital Management at the University of Economics & Management at the Münster location. During his master's degree, Mr. Herbe worked as a factory student for the Herbe & Tessmer Business Concepte GmbH in Münster and mainly accompanied small and medium -sized companies here.
Dipl.-Kfm. Elmar Hiltner, CFA
Elmar Hiltner advises comprehensively in the area of renovation, restructuring, Financial Due Diligence and M&A.
Elmar Hiltner completed his studies in business administration at the University of Cologne (graduate businessman). He also acquired an MBA on the SDA Bocconi, Milan and is a CFA charterholder.
He started his professional career at KPMG in Düsseldorf, Cologne and Milan. Elmar Hiltner has been a partner in restructuring and transaction advice for many years.
He has been with the Aderhold management consultancy since 2024.
Nils Hüchen, M.Sc.
Nils Hüchen advises in the areas of renovation, restructuring and distributed M&A.
Nils Hüschen completed the master in management at the Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon after he had previously acquired his bachelor's degree in business administration at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster. He gained professional experience as part of various internships-including as an analyst in a family office, as a visiting consultant at Aderhold as well as in the business development and in the area of corporate finance/m & a for start-ups such as LimeHome.
Aditya Kakkar, M.Sc.

Aditya Kakkar studied business administration at TH Cologne and RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. He then completed a master's degree with a focus on finance, auditing, law and taxes. Christopher Kißmer, M.Bc.
Christopher Kißmer advises in the area of renovation and restructuring with a focus on the development of holistic restructuring concepts (UA IDW S6), quick checks and business reviews. His expertise is particularly in the creation of liquidity and integrated corporate planning.
After graduating from high school, Mr. Kißmer completed a dual degree in business administration from October 2011 with a focus in the area of tax and examination (BA) in Düsseldorf. After a successful bachelor's degree in March 2015, Mr. Kißmer began working for tax consultancy law firms, with the focus of the structural optimization and digitization of the financial and accounting of medium-sized clients. At the same time, Mr. Kißmer obtained the Master of Business Consulting (M.Bc.) as part of a part -time distance learning between October 2015 and March 2017.
Stephen Koch, M.Sc.
Mr. Koch participates in the creation of renovation report according to IDW6 or Independent Business Reviews (IBR). In addition to the creation and plausibility of integrated corporate planning, liquidity planning and the creation of reporting are also part of his area of activity.
Mr. Koch studied business administration at the University of Münster and the Fernuni Hagen. After completing his studies, he worked in controlling with a large -producing leisure article manufacturer. Most recently, Mr. Koch was part of controlling at Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGAA and was part of the 2021 capital increase and was also responsible for the creation of the licensing documents for DFL and UEFA. Mr. Koch has been working at the Aderhold management consultancy since 2023.
Dipl.-Kfm. Christian Krause
Christian Krause advises comprehensively in the area of renovation and restructuring with a focus on the development of holistic restructuring concepts (UA IDW S6), which include both finance and service management measures. In addition, Mr. Krause advises in the area of state funding instruments, especially state guarantees, and in the area of M&A Advisory.
Mr. Krause studied business administration at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. Following his studies, he initially worked for the Rölfartner as an assistant to the board spokesman. During this time, Mr. Krause accompanied a large number of restructuring and M&A projects. In 2010, Mr. Krause was a co -founder of Buth & Hermanns Betriebsberatung GmbH. Until 2012 he was a partner of this advisory boutique, focused on the restructuring business.
In 2012 he moved to Aderhold Betriebsberatung GmbH. Mr. Krause has been a partner of Aderhold company consultancy GmbH since the beginning of 2013.
Lorraine Möhle, LL.M.
Lorraine Möhle advises comprehensively in the area of renovation and restructuring with a focus on the development of holistic restructuring concepts (UA IDW S6) and Business Reviews. In addition, Ms. Möhle takes over CFO functions in medium-sized companies if necessary and accompanies them in M&A processes from a financial perspective.
Most recently, Ms. Möhle was responsible for the financial accounting of a medium-sized company after completing training as an industrial and European clerk. After eight years of experience in industry, Ms. Möhle switched to Aderhold in early 2017. Ms. Möhle studied part -time at the FOM University of Economy & Management and acquired the Bachelor of Arts in International Management and the Master of Laws (LL.M.). After successfully completing the professional examination, Ms. Möhle was also appointed tax consultant.
Ms. Möhle has been a member of the Aderhold company consultancy GmbH team since 2017.
Jonas Ölbracht, B.Sc.
Jonas Ölbracht advises comprehensively in the area of renovation and restructuring with a focus on the development of holistic restructuring concepts (UA IDW S6), which include both financial and performance restructuring measures. He also accompanies M&A projects and creates ongoing reports.
Jonas Ölbracht studied international management at ISM Dortmund. As part of his studies, he worked for a BIG - 4 WPG and then at a management consultancy. During this time, Mr. Oilbracht accompanied a variety of examination mandates, as well as restructuring and M&A projects. In 2024 he switched to Aderhold company consultancy GmbH.
Jonas Schrader, M.Sc.
Jonas Schrader advises comprehensively in the area of renovation, restructuring and distribution-m & a.
In addition to training as an industrial clerk, Jonas Schrader studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Bochum and completed this studies with a Bachelor of Arts. He then acquired a Master of Science at FOM in Cologne with a focus on finance and accounting. After various shopping activities in his training company and after studying bachelor at Koelnmesse GmbH, he switched to the Aderhold management consultancy and has been working there since March 2024.
Marco Uebber, M.Sc.

Marco Uebber completed his master's degree in Business Administration - Finance (Master of Science) and his bachelor's degree in business administration (Bachelor of Science) at the University of Cologne. He started his professional career at BDO. Mr. Uebber has extensive experience in restructuring and transaction advice.
He has been working at Aderhold Betriebsberatung GmbH since 2024.
Marlon Wirtz, BA
Marlon Wirtz advises comprehensively in the area of renovation, restructuring and distribution M&A and has a part in the creation of renovation report based on IDW S6 and in accompanying bankruptcy proceedings.
Marlon Wirtz successfully completed his studies of the International Management at the Westphalian University of Bocholt with a thesis to optimize warehouse processes. During his studies, he completed a semester abroad in Denmark and gained practical experience in a practical semester with a leading mechanical engineer. Afterwards he started his professional career in the Treasury department of Gigaset AG, and since the beginning of 2024 he has been a consultant at Aderhold management consultancy GmbH.
