Lorraine Möhle, LL.M.

Lorraine Möhle advises comprehensively in the area of ​​renovation and restructuring with a focus on the development of holistic restructuring concepts (UA IDW S6) and Business Reviews. In addition, Ms. Möhle takes over CFO functions in medium-sized companies if necessary and accompanies them in M&A processes from a financial perspective.

Most recently, Ms. Möhle was responsible for the financial accounting of a medium-sized company after completing training as an industrial and European clerk. After eight years of experience in industry, Ms. Möhle switched to Aderhold in early 2017. Ms. Möhle studied part -time at the FOM University of Economy & Management and acquired the Bachelor of Arts in International Management and the Master of Laws (LL.M.). After successfully completing the professional examination, Ms. Möhle was also appointed tax consultant.

Ms. Möhle has been a member of the Aderhold company consultancy GmbH team since 2017.
